An electrical bushing/capacitor combination has a bushing with a sleeve (10), a pin (12) and a capacitor arrangement (16) between the sleeve and the pin. The pin is made of tantalum and it is coated with a metal which is selected such that, with its aid, oxide growth on the tantalum pin during the production of the combination can be controlled. <IMAGE>
