PURPOSE:To establish easily an external connection wiring by serially connecting at least more than one sets of a solar cell element having a P-type semiconductor to be used for a substrate and other solar cell element having a N-type semiconductor to be used for a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A solar cell element 5 having a N-type semiconductor to be used for a substrate and other solar cell element 6 having a P-type semiconductor cell element to be used for a substrate are solder-connected by a belt system mount furnace through an electrode 8 at the opposite light receiving face side to a wiring metal 10. Thereafter, an electrode 7 at the light receiving face of the adjacent element is connected by a slodering or welding. |
