The invention describes a device for implantation of hair in the human scalp, especially in the region of the upper part of the head, with a guide needle in which the hair to be implanted is held. In order to achieve implantation of the hair at an appropriate angle, coupled with a simple structural design of the device and particularly high durability of the implant, it is envisaged that the needle be fastened on a tool carrier and the tool carrier be arranged on an adjustable and pivotable part-bracket with perforated grid at an appropriate angle with the guide needle. The guide needle is guided in sleeves of a mesh plate made of individual webs with sleeves arranged between these, with the webs clasping the sleeves.
