According to the invention it is to be based on the composition (A1)I-x(A2)xMnOz, with A1 (trivalent) being Y, La or a lanthanide, A2 (divalent) being an alkaline earth metal or Pb, and with 0 </= x </= 0.9 and 2.5 </= z </= 3.5.
