PURPOSE:To achieve efficient analysis automatically without being affected by a temperature change by providing an elapse means to judge the end of an analysis with a passage of a specified time from a detection point when a detection voltage ratio by a detection means exceeds a set value. CONSTITUTION:A migration tube 1 is provided with a detector 2 containing a pair of detection electrode and further with a sample injection section 3 allowing a sample to be injected into the migration tube 1. A leading electrode 4 and a terminal electrode 5 are connected to both ends of the migration tube 1 and a voltage is allowed to be applied to the ends from a voltage source 6. A detection voltage led out from a detection electrode of the detector 2 is amplified with a detector amplifier 7 and converted into a digital signal with an A/D converter 8 to be inputted into a CPU 9. The CPU 9 has a specified parameter set previously with a setting section 10 and detects that the detection voltage ratio by the detector 2 reaches a terminal zone depending on whether it exceeds a set value and thereafter, a measurement is ended with the passage of a specified time. |
