TRIMMING COMPACT RECOVERY UNIT OF MULTILAYER RESIN

PURPOSE:The display unit which is easy to reclaim the trimming scrap, and the unit provides a both side edge cutting device and an exfoliator on the carrier route of multilayer resin that the resin width of both external layers was laminated longer than the resin width of intermediate layer. CONSTITUTION:The cutting device 20 and the exfoliator 23 are provided on the carrier route of the multilayer resin 10. The exfoliator 23 consists of tube 24 which provides the knife 25 to exfoliate resin A and C. The cutting device 20 cuts near intermediate layer both sides edge A of resin 10. The resin width of both external layers which consist of non-adhesiveness resin A and C each other is widely laminated than the resin width of intermediate layer which consists of adhesive resin B.
