PURPOSE:To carry out efficiently inner lining for a pipe which is buried underground and opened at one end only by fixing an inner lining material to the inner face of the pipe by a specific expansion tool. CONSTITUTION:An inner lining material 10 is turned inside out and fixed by pressure to the inner face of a water discharged pipe 3. An expansion tool 13 is set at the lower end of the water discharged pipe 3. Pressurizing oil is compressively fed from a hydraulic hose 25 in said state, and when the hydraulic pressure is applied between the bottom face of a cylinder 15 and the end face of a main body 19 of a piston 18, the piston 18 is moved upward relatively to the cylinder 15. Accordingly, a pressing plate 27 mounted on a rod 20 of the piston 18 is also moved upward, by which an expansion component 26 is compressed and expanded in the diameter direction. Rings 29 and 30 are expanded, and opened by said expansion, and the ring 30 is pressed to the water discharged pipe 3 through the inner lining material 10. Heating is carried out in said state, and a bonding agent is cured. The process is completed by removing the hydraulic pressure, making the expansion component contracted and removing the same. |
