As yorks 8a, 8b turn in the center of pins 7a, 7b of support block 6a, 6b, slides 11a, 11b are moved approachingly and separatingly in the right and left direction by the guide of guide materials 10a, 10b. Therefore, a material 24 is pressed by tools 23a, 23b. The reaction force at pressing acts to a tie rod 16 as a tensile force, at the same time, acts to connecting rods 4a, 4b as a tensile force prevent the excessive moment on a frame 3.
