PURPOSE:To carry finishing of flashes with easy workability and provide a mold forming and connecting section with a rib of given shape by forming patterns transferred from the pattern provided on the rib molding surface of a molding die on the surface of the rib of the mold forming and connecting section. CONSTITUTION:Flashes 52, 53 and 55 formed by a rubber material entered parting lines 62, 63 and 64 are on a connecting section 3C molded by a cavity 7 at the time of molding forming. Also, a flash 51 formed by a rubber material entered a parting line 61 is at the end of a rib 4. Patterns 40 transferred from the pattern on the molded surface of a rib molded section 70 are formed on both sides of the rib 4. The flashes 52, 53 and 54 are cut from their roots and removed therefrom. The flash 51 is cut and removed from a pattern 40 of the rib 4 as a boundary. As a result, a flash finished mold forming and connecting section 3C with the rib 4 of given shape is formed. The rib and the flashes can be identified and the rib can be removed accurately in the given shape by said arrangement. |
