PURPOSE:To enable temperature control which is precise, prompt and stable by eliminating a thermal energy loss, by connecting a cooling medium passed through a cooler with a course of the cooling medium returning to a pump through a cooling medium storage tank from a mold. CONSTITUTION:Water whose temperature has risen by performing heat exchanging while passing through a mold 12 is led to a drain pipe 14 and stored in a cooling medium storage tank 2 through a static mixer 1. The temperature of the water is stabilized by temperature variation buffers 15a, 15b and the water is sent to the mold 12 through water pipe 16 by a pump 4. A cooling piping 17 is ramified on the downstream of the pump 4, and is ramified into two systems after being cooled by a heat exchanger 21 on the inside of a cooler 7, primary cooling water is led to piping 18a, met with returning water of the mold by passing through a valve 6 and returned to a tank 2 through the mixer 1 for cooling. Secondary cooling water is met with the water flowing through the water pipe 16 by passing through a control valve 5 from the piping 18b and performs secondary cooling for fine adjustment control. A temperature detector 9 is mounted in the vicinity of an inlet of the mold 12 and by a difference between a preset temperature and detected one, opening of an adjusting valve 5 is adjusted and a supply temperature to the mold 12 is controlled. |
