METHOD OF PRODUCING HOLLOW PLASTIC MEMBER

PURPOSE:To provide accurately a partition and improve connecting strength by disposing the partition secured fixedly to a supporting bar in a tubular parison portion and closing divided metal molds to blow pressurized fluid into the tubular parison portion. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic plastics fused and mixed are pushed out by a pushing die 10 as a plasticized tubular parison 1 in which a partition 2 and supporting bar 6 screwed therein are disposed. When a divided metal molds 11 formed in the interior with a cavity 12 is closed, protrusions 4 formed on the peripheral portions 3 is clamped by a parison 1 to be connected to the inner surface of the parison 1. Pressurized fluid such as compressed air is blown into a fluid blow port 14 of blow nozzle 13 and fluid blow port 8 of the supporting bar 6 to mold the parison 1 into the form of cavity 12 by blowing. The molding is cooled and solidified and the partition 2 is separated from the supporting bar 6 to open the metal molds 11 for the production of products.
