<p>PURPOSE:To produce retainer quickly and efficiently by withdrawing thereof through separation of medium and front dice after the rear die is separated sliding thereof by a distance more than the length of the sealing member of the retainer. CONSTITUTION:Three split dice 22, 23 ane 24 are fitted into each other in combination and a metal die 21 is set in such a manner as to produce a clearance in a shape the same as a retainer 11. Under such a condition, a high polymer is injected to fill the clearance 25 of the die 21. In this manner, a retainer 11 is formed. After the high polymer material is cooled and solidified, first the rear die is separated sliding to the right. When the rear die 24 is slided to the right from the medium die 23 and the front die 22 by a distance more than the length of a sealing member 14 to separate, the medium die 23 and the front die 22 are separated by sliding thereof in the direction opposite to each other. Thus, the retainer 11 can be withdrawn completely molded.</p> |
