PURPOSE: To improve efficiency of transportation and construction by bonding zigzag a plurality of plastic strips with intervals while penetrating perpendicular ly a reinforcing member, and stretching them along the reinforced members to form a web of cells, which is placed on a ground and filled with concrete, etc. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of plastic strips 14 and 24 forming a cell wall 18 are bonded zigzag (16 and 32) with intervals, and a through hole is opened perpendicularly to the surface, through which a reinforcing member 12 of flexible material having strength about 100-2500<1b> /in<2> (7-175 kg/cm<2> ) is inserted to constitute a cell material 10. The cell material 10 is placed as a web of cells while stretched in the direction perpendicular to a surface on a road ground and slope, etc., and the reinforcing member 12 is connected to an anchor bolt, etc., and fixed to a ground. Then concrete, sand, soil, vegetation material, etc., are packed in the cell material 10. Thus, a cellular web material with less displacement while transportation is easy is provided. |
