This invention relates to a method of treating rheumatoid arthritis, which method comprises administering to a mammal a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of formula (I): (I) wherein R1 is unsubstituted or substituted phenyl; R2 is a morpholinomethyl group; R3 is hydrogen; R4 is hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl; Ra is hydrogen; and Rb is a group -(A)m-R5 wherein m is zero or 1, A is a C1-C6 alkylene chain and R5 is unsubstituted or substituted phenyl; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
