<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition, excellent in abrasion resistance without impairing low heat buildup properties and processability and useful as a tire for trucks or buses by blending rubber with carbon black having a specific voidness and flocculating properties. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is obtained by blending (A) 100 pts.wt. natural rubber or a diene-based synthetic rubber with (B) 30-100 pts.wt. carbon black. Properties of the component (B) are (l) 0.95-1.30ml/g dibutyl phthalate absorption of the component (B) when compressed four times under 24000 psi, (c) 50-80nm (Dst) in fig. 1, (3) 0.55-0.75 (D50/Dst) in fig. 1, (4) 1.0-1.5 (D10/Dst) in fig. 1, (5) <=20% ratio of the component having >=100nm particle diameter in fig. 1 and (6) 120-180m<2>/g specific surface area of pores in the carbon black capable of penetrating the rubber component thereinto. Furthermore, the amount of the component (A) in this composition is preferably 10-80 pts.wt. diene-based synthetic rubber based on 100 pts.wt. natural rubber.</p> |
