AEROBIC MEDIUM AND HIGH TEMPERATURE FERMENTATION TREATMENT OF SLUDGE

PURPOSE:To provide the good treatment process for sludge by carrying out the medium and high temperature fermentation treatment aerobically at least for excessive active sludge and/or digested sludge generated by various kinds of soil water treatment in a drainage treatment facility in an aerobic medium and high temperature fermentation tank. CONSTITUTION:Sludge as a muddy matter is treated while foams formed on the liquid level are defoamed by using a ventilating agitation device and a heating device installed under the water in a fermentation tank and agitating the sludge as the muddy matter containing at least microbes and organic matters hard-to-decomposed to be generated by the physiological treatment process for aerobic microbes and/or anaerobic microbes of soil water containing sewage, living drainage or raw sewage under the condition of aerobic ventilation and at the medium and high temperature by means of agitating blades disposed on the liquid level of the fermentation tank and agitating the liquid level of the fermentation tank.
