DRIED PRODUCT OF WHITE-COLORED KONJAK SPONGE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To provide a dried product of a white-colored konjak sponge having a small coefficient of contraction and degree of deformation and at least 80 of brightness and a method for manufacturing the same. CONSTITUTION:A konjak sponge is placed under pressure reduction and water content contained in the sponge is gasified to take heat away from the sponge, freeze and dry the sponge for providing a dried product of a white-colored konjak sponge having at least 80 of brightness.
