<p>PURPOSE:To simply and rapidly apply sealing treatment to the end surface of a hollow resin panel and to enhance the appearance of the end surface of the panel by continuously allowing upper and rear surface plates of end surfaces to inwardly approach in such a state that end surface parts are plastic to abut both of them and closing the end surfaces to perform molding. CONSTITUTION:The cut ends of a plurality of ribs 4 exposed to end surfaces A, B or the outer surfaces of the outermost ribs are cut under heating at a position equally dividing the cut ends or the outer surfaces of the ribs up and down by a hot blade 5. Continuously, in such a state that the end surfaces A, B are plastic, the upper and lower surface plates 2,3 are allowed to inwardly approach by pressing rollers to be continuously abutted each other by the heat of the hot blade 5. The ribs 4 of the end surfaces A, B are cut inwardly in a heated state and the end surfaces A, B become a state easy to change structurally and physically. In this state, the end surfaces of the upper and lower plates 2, 3 are mutually abutted and the cut-in parts of the ribs 4 are welded to seal the end surfaces A, B.</p> |
