PURPOSE:To produce the subject composition excellent in gas barrier properties and impact resistance and useful for film, sheet, etc., by compounding a ethylene- vinyl alcohol copolymer, a polyamide resin and a specific polyether copolymer. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition consisting of (A) ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (preferably having ethylene content of 20-70mol% and saponification value of >=95%), (B) polyamide resin (e.g. nylon 6 and nylon 10) and (C) a copolymer selected from polyamide-polyether copolymer, polyester-polyether copolymer and polyamide-polyester-polyether copolymer. The compounding ratio of component A and B is preferably 90/10-30/70 in weight and the ratio of component C: (component A + component B)/component C is preferably 100/10-100/50 by weight. |
