PURPOSE:To obtain a method for manufacturing a molding without generating recess and protrusion on the surface of a resin material by injecting a first melted resin material into a mold in a state that a solid material of the same material as the first melted resin material is interposed between the injection mold and a member to be embedded. CONSTITUTION:In manufacturing a molding, a first melted resin material is injected into a member to be embedded 13 which is set in a lower mold 22 of an injection forming mold and a head part 13a as a part of the member 13 is embedded in a curing resin material 14. Further, a second melted resin material is injected on the curing resin material 14. In this manufacturing method of molding, the first melted resin material is injected into the injection forming mold in a state that a support block 16 consisting of the same material as the first melted resin material is interposed between an upper mold of the injection forming mold and the member to be embedded 13. Thus, the second melted resin material injected on the curing resin material 14 cures with the lapse of time so as to be a cured resin material 15. |
