PURPOSE:To obtain high-quality TOFU having uniform distribution of water and excellent appearance free from collapse of shape. CONSTITUTION:A device for continuously molding TOFU is equipped with a pair of an upper and a lower horizontal belt conveyors 10 and 20 comprising squeezing belts 11 and 21 and driving belts 12 and 22, a pair of a right and a left vertical belt conveyors, upper pressing members 14, 14... and a left and a light side pressing members. A TOFU material W, on a bed B, is brought into contact with the squeezing belts 11 and 12 and the vertical belts, wherein the top and the bottom faces and both side faces travel at the same speed, and will not come into contact with other stationary members. |
