<p>PURPOSE:To position a surface material easily, and bond a pad material to the surface material correctly at a design groove in it by protruding a clamper to clamp a sewn part of the surface material, applying the sewn part into the design groove in the pad material by the clamper while matching dies, and pressurizing and bonding the surface material to the pad material. CONSTITUTION:A pad material 2 is set in a receiving die 1, a clamper 5 of a clamp mechanism 3 is moved up, the clamper 5 is protruded onto the pad material 2 through a through hole 7 formed in a design groove 6 in the pad material 2, and a surface material 9 having a sewn part 10 is turned over to be applied to a die 8 for setting the surface material to be clamped. The die is then moved down a little to be clamped by the clamper 5 with application cloth 11 at the sewn part 10 set between them, the die 8 is processed and matched while the clamp mechanism 3 is moved down, the sewn part 10 of the surface material 9 is applied into the design groove 6, while the surface material 9 is tightly applied to a surface of the pad material 2, and an adhesive between the surface material 9 and the pad material 2 is made into the molten state to bond them to each other.</p> |
