<p>PURPOSE:To deal with high temperature of exhaust gas accompanying improvement of engine efficiency by molding a valve body and a pin in one body out of ceramics, inserting the pin through the fitting hole of a supporting member, and fitting a slip-out preventing member made of ceramics to the extreme end part of the pin. CONSTITUTION:The waste gate valve for turbocharger is constituted of a valve body 1 to open/close the bypass passage of exhaust gas of an engine introduced to the turbine part of a turbocharger, and an arm-shaped supporting member 3 fitted to the valve body through a pin 2. In this case, the valve body 1 and the pin 2 are molded in one body. The pin 2 is inserted through the fitting hole 4 of the supporting member 3, and a ring-like slip-out preventing member 5 is joined to the small diameter shaft part on the extreme end of the pin 2 by adhesive 6. The valve body 1 and the pin 2 are respectively made of ceramics resisting high temperature. Further ceramics of the same quality is also used for the slip-out preventing member 5.</p> |
