<p>PURPOSE:To provide a centrifugal casting machine for dental use with always having a constant rotating force, pouring a molten material into narrow parts of mold and not scattering a molten material around. CONSTITUTION:A mold 10 is installed at one end of a rotating arm 6 and a balancer 12 on the other end. A sprue 16 and runner 14 are formed in the arm 6. The sprue 16 is arranged at the part coinciding to the turning center 8 of the arm 6. A preheating heater 20 is arranged under the arm 6, further, a pouring device 26 to torn a melting furnace 24 is arranged. The sprue 14 and mold 10 are preheated by the preheating heater 20. After the arm reaches the prescribed number of revolution, the molten material in a crucible 22 is poured into the sprue 16 with rotating the melting furnace 24.</p> |
