PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a rub between a window screen and a packing during elevation of the window screen without using a complicated and large mechanism and to press the outdoor side of the window screen against the packing in a state that lowering of the window screen is completed. CONSTITUTION:Upward rotation of levers 9 and 9 is limited by a stopper. Guide rollers 6 and 6 arranged to the middles of the levers 9 and 9 are engaged with guide grooves 7 and 7 and prevented from displacement in an indoor and an outdoor direction. When cables 10 and 10 are lifted as the levers 9 and 9 are rotated, a window screen 5 is raised in a state that the window screen is separated away from a packing 4. When the cables 10 and 10 are delivered even after lowering of the window screen 5 is completed, the window screen 5 is pressed against the packing 4 by the levers 9 and 9 through the resilient force of tensile springs 13 and 13. |
