<p>PURPOSE:To provide a preservation process capable of enhancing taste by condensing full-ripe grape without losing its sweetness and appreciating grape throughout the year regardless of the harvesting season and free from additional process. CONSTITUTION:Full-ripe grape is harvested and stored in a container having good heat transfer after the attached water on the rind of the grape is wiped off. The container is kept in a cooled state below the ambient temperature.</p> |
