PRODUCTION OF ADHESIVE MOLDED SHEET

PURPOSE:To prevent the pressurization of raised fibers and the generation of the falling of fibers when a raised, skin material is bonded by supplying a heating fluid to a heating mold to integrally bonding the raised skin material to a molded pad material by a hotmelt resin film developing adhesive capacity under heating. CONSTITUTION:A molded pad material 2 is set to the receiving surface 3 of a receiving mold 1 and a raised skin material 5 having a hotmelt resin film 5a laminated to the rear surface thereof is applied to the surface of the molded pad material 2 to be clamped at the skirt end thereof by a clamp mechanism 13. The air in the receiving mold 1 is discharged from an exhaust hole 11 and, in this state, a heating fluid is supplied to a heating, mold 4 from the heating fluid supply port 8 thereof. The raised skin material is heated by the heating fluid to heat and melt the hot-melt resin film 5a laminated to the rear surface of the raised skin material 5 to make the material 5 air-impermeable to apply adhesive capacity to the film 5a. The raised skin material 5 continuously brought into close contact with the molded pad material under suction is integrally bonded to the molded pad material 2.
