PURPOSE:To eliminate the generation of oil leakage and make the whole of a device light in weight. CONSTITUTION:A rotary molding device comprises a rotating ring 3 with a rotating shaft 2 as its rotating center, a plurality of mold clamping mechanisms disposed along the periphery of the rotating ring 3 and a split type mold 4 to be mold clamped and mold opened successively by the mold clamping mechanisms. A mold clamping mechanism comprises a couple of slide components 9 guided by a slide shaft 13 mounted on a table 8 fixed to the rotating ring 3 and moving reciprocatingly in the axial direction of the slide shaft, a platen 10 supported movably by the slide component 9 and a booster cylinder 7 operated by pressurized gas for pressing the platen 10 and performing the mold clamping. The slide component 9 is moved reciprocatingly by a cam follower 15 following the cam face of a cam 14 and moving reciprocatingly in the same direction as the slide shaft 13 to open and close the mold 4. |
