PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus which can perform various stages of the thermoforming of a disposable object made of plastic simultaneously and has a high production capacity. CONSTITUTION: In a thermoforming apparatus comprising the first sector for feeding a plastic sheet 5 from a coil, the second sector for heating the sheet, and the third sector for molding, discharging (piling) objects from the sheet, in the third sector, thermoforming in the first stage EM, cooling in the second stage EE, and die molding and molding removal in the third stage ET, ED are carried out simultaneously by the rotation of the shaft 15 of a die holding rotor.
