PURPOSE:To obtain a TOFU supplying mechanism of TOFU producing device capable of readily and hygienically taking out TOFU and supplying TOFU to a prescribed packing part without using a water bath. CONSTITUTION:A transporting base 9 for sending a molding frame 12 which is charged with a given soybean milk to coagulate the soybean milk is installed and part of the transporting base 9 is equipped with a TOFU supplying channel 10 having a width dimension corresponding to a line divided by latticed edges of a finely cutting edge 31 which is fitted to the interior of the molding frame to cut TOFU. At the lower part of the TOFU supplying channel 10, a TOFU sending guide 58 to transport TOFU in the molding frame 12 from the TOFU supplying channel 10 to a prescribed packing 63 position in such a way that the cut area is located on the surface is installed. |
