CONSTITUTION:This new antibiotic substance MJ202-72F3-D and its salt have the following physico-chemical properties: (1) molecular formula: C39H66O13N8; (2) molecular weight: 854; (3) solubility: soluble in methanol, ethyl acetate, chloroform and ether, but sparingly soluble in water and n-hexane and (4) color and Properties of the substance: white solid. The characteristic of this method for producing the new antibiotic substance MJ202-72F3-D is culturing a microorganism, belonging to the genus Streptomyces and capable of producing the new antibiotic substance MJ202-72F3-D and collecting the new antibiotic substance MJ202-72F3-D from the resultant culture solution. |
