PURPOSE:To improve heat resistance of cushioning material for molding press and reduce the cost of it. CONSTITUTION:For a cushioning material body, a fluorine rubber layer 1 consisting of fluorine rubber in which a fluorine rubber raw material of 45-80vol.%, a filler of 15-50vol.% having average grain diameter of 1-100mum, an acid acceptive agent of 3-30vol.%, and a vulcanizing agent for vulcanizing fluorine rubber are mixed as necessary components is used. For example, the fluorine rubber layer 1, various layers such as aromatic polyamide cloths 1a coated with melamine resin modifier, and surface layers 3a such as fluorine resin film are combined so as to layer integrally, thereby forming a cushioning material. |
