PURPOSE:To produce real roasted custard pudding having a clear scorched pattern on the surface, excellent flavor and tissue and excellent qualities by hygienically roasting a raw material for custard pudding at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION:A raw material for custard pudding is packed into a container made of a synthetic resin and a foamy raw material having fine foams containing gelatin is fed to the top of the raw material for custard pudding. The container charged with the raw materials is not immersed in water or warm water, heated to 160 deg.C at the lowest and the foamy raw material is roasted to produce roasted custard pudding. |
