The method for fabricating a plane light source apparatus is disclosed in which a transparent acryl plate is moved in a predetermined speed for the purpose of obtaining a uniform luminance and thin film, and at the same time, a diffusion material is sprayed to the opposite plane of a plane on which a reflecting layer and a reflecting plate are formed using an air gun, to thereby form a diffusion layer.
