The apparatus welds reinforcement members to an H-frame for a door to securely hold a tempered glass pane. The apparatus also employs a spot welding method to apply an instant current in maximum to execute the welding in a very short time. The large current is applied to the welding spots by differential operation of two silicon control rectifiers from transformers to conduct welding in sequence.
