Formula and process for the product, whose composition comprises: A. 1. Absolute alcohol/ethanol, 96% methylated with 2% of the product known commercially as MIBK/methyl isobutyl ketone and composed of 4-methyl-2-pentanone isopropyl acetone with the formula C6H12O, 485 parts by volume for one litre. 2. Thin oil: Enerpar no. 10/CS, 10 ISO, viscosity/40 degree 19.7 centiStokes (BP product), 70 parts per volume for one litre. B. 3. Hydrogen peroxide/40%, 115 parts by volume for 1 l. 4. Distilled water, 330 parts by volume for one litre. Using the following manufacturing procedure: Ingredients 1 and 2 are carefully mixed as a separate component called A, similarly ingredients 3 and 4 are carefully mixed as a separate component called B. Whilst component B is stirred strongly, component A is poured into it slowly. In this manner therefore components A and B are mixed separately and are subsequently brought together. Whilst the bottles or vessels are gently tapped, the resulting liquid must be constantly and continually stirred, this being important in order to maintain the liquid homogeneous, attaining a concentration of 4.6% H2O2 for the total mixture.
