PURPOSE:To provide a radio wave leakage preventing structure of an electronic musical instrument, which can be easily assembled lessened in number of component parts, and smoothly decreased in cost. CONSTITUTION:A crystal oscillator 21 mounted on the front of a main board 19 is sandwiched between a shielding layer 24 formed on the back of the main board 19 and a shielding layer 18 formed on the back of a panel board 13 where a switch 14 and a display 15 are mounted, whereby radio waves (high frequency) generated from the crystal oscillator 21 are prevented from leaking outside by shielding layers 18 and 24. |
