COLOR LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE AND ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a color filter and an electrode for driving liquid crystal with excellent positional accuracy in the production for a color liquid crystal display device. CONSTITUTION:By using an alignment mark 43 formed out the same material as the color filter and an alignment mark 42 formed out of a transference electrode, two substrates are aligned and stuck in this production and the color liquid crystal display device produced by such production. Positional deviation between the color filter and the electrode for driving the liquid crystal is prevented, and this manner is effective to prevent the deterioration of display performance and to reduce defective in a producing stage.
