PURPOSE:To prevent a program from being easily recognized from a third person and to speedily input a password by inputting a use right collation character from a key provided in a mouse, comparing it with use right release data which is set in the program and executing the program when they coincide. CONSTITUTION:A program use-right identifying device 20 is provided with the mouse 1, a display 5 and a file part 9 which previously stores use right release data which are set peculiar to the programs becoming the objects of security. The discrimination part 8 of a control part 6 is provided with a storage part 7 reading use right release data from the file part 9 and storing it into a memory, and it judges whether the inputted use-right identification character coincides with use-right release data stored in the memory or not. When a judged result becomes true, a program processing part 10 executes the processing of the program which is set to be the object of security. Values as the use-right identification characters of a left key 2, a middle key 3 and a right key 4 in the mouse 1 are inputted. |
