PURPOSE:To simplify the loading/unloading structure of an IC card (SIM card) and to prevent a danger such as damage, etc., from occurring by sufficiently protecting the IC card in a portable telephone set equipped with the IC card for use. CONSTITUTION:This telephone set is the portable telephone set constituted of a portable telephone set main body 13, the IC card. and a battery pack 12, etc., and connecting parts 15, 16, an extrusion spring 17, and the connector of the IC card are provided on a plane exposed when the battery pack 12 is removed so as to load the IC card, and the loading/unloading of the IC card is performed by the spring force of the extrusion spring 17 and that of the connector working in a direction to extrude the IC card from the portable telephone set main body. Since a small number of components for loading/ unloading of the IC is provided, profitability for the cost reduction and miniaturization of a device can be expected, and also, since the IC card can be protected by the battery pack, an effect to prevent the IC card from being damaged or lost can be expected. |
