PURPOSE:To form a minute information appropriately and to enable the minute information to be referred to from another terminal without participating in a conference by forming minute information of prescribed format regarding a still picture conference session by a participant terminal participating in the still picture conference session, and preserving the minute information in shard filing areas se at plural participant terminals. CONSTITUTION:Prescribed clerical terminals included in the plural participant terminal MT1-MTm participating in the still picture conference session form the minute information of prescribed format regarding to the still picture conference session, and preserve the minute information in the shared filing areas set on prescribed preservation terminal (chairman terminal CT) included in the plural participant terminals. The preservation terminal (chairman terminal CT) transmits the minute information preserved in the shared filing area to a request terminal by a request from the terminal other than the participant terminals MT1-MTm. The chairman terminal CT and the plural participant terminals MT1-MTm are connected with each other via an inter-multi-point connection unit MCU provided to an ISDN. |
