PURPOSE:To confirm converted results in a batch when the operation of inputting a series of document data is ended, and to correct in a batch the wrong converted result of the word which appears many times by a simple operation without re-inputting the same reading. CONSTITUTION:At the time of preparing the document data, a CPU 1 writes the converted results in a converted result storage area 8-2 by making the converted results correspond to the reading and the notation. The content of the converted result storage area 8-2 is displayed as a list, and the wrong converted part is designated from the list display screen. Then, the CPU 1 re-converts and corrects the notation corresponding to the wrong converted part based on the reading. Then, the CPU 1 retrieves a character string pertinent to the wrong converted part from the document data, and replaces each retrieved character string with the corrected character string in a batch. |
