PURPOSE:To realize electric charging and reduce self electric discharging by using sulfur or lithium sulfide as positive electrode substance, and using a lithium ion conductive solid electrolyte as an electrolytic layer. CONSTITUTION:A pot contains Li2S and SiS2 in a molar ratio of 3:2, which is molten and heated up to 950 deg.C in the algon atmosphere, followed by heating for two hours, to be rapidly cooled by liquefied nitrogen, thus obtaining a 0.6 Li2S-0.4 SiS2 lithium ion conductive amorphous solid electrolyte. A carbon material of a large surface area is soaked in a solution of sulfur solved in carbon disulfide, followed by filtration and drying under a reduced pressure at a room temperature, thus obtaining a conductive material. The conductive material and the electrolyte are mixed at a weight ratio of 1:1, thereby obtaining a positive electrode material 1. The material 1 and a metal lithium foil 2 serving as a negative electrode are pressure-molded into an integral column having a diameter of 10mm via an electrolytic layer 3. A positive electrode lead terminal 4 and a negative lead terminal 5 are bonded to each other via carbon pastes 6, 7, and the whole of a battery element is sealed with an epoxy resin layer. Consequently, self electric discharging is reduced and electric charging can be realized. |
