PURPOSE:To provide a changing-over apparatus for phase of a high voltage 3-phase power distribution line which can change-over the phases substantially without any service interruption, short-circuit trouble, etc. CONSTITUTION:A first switch 1 is provided in parallel with a disconnecting point X of the phase b to be disconnected, a noncontact switch 3 which closes at a high speed following opening of the first switch 1 is provided between the point nearer a load than the disconnecting point X and the phase c to be connected and a second switch 2 which closes following the closing operation of the noncontact switch 3 is also provided in parallel with the noncontact switch 3. Current detecting means 4, 5, 6 are respectively provided for such switches 1, 2, 3 and a controller 7 switches the phases while verifying operations of respective switches. |
