PURPOSE:To operate a vacuum valve in a caging in which SF6 gas is sealed with a light operating force regardless of gas pressure. CONSTITUTION:In the casing 66 of a vacuum circuit breaker unit 68 having SF6 gas sealed therein, a vacuum valve 64 in which one end of an operation rod 136 protruded from the casing 66 through a bellows part 138 is connected to a movable contact 122 is arranged. The bellows part 138 is closely connected to each of the casing 66 and the middle part of the operation rod 136 by welding, and even when the operation rod 136 is axially moved and protruded from and recessed into the casing 66, airtightness is never lost. The link mechanism 142 of a vacuum circuit breaker operating part 74 is connected to the top end of the operation rod 136 protruded from the easing 66, and the vacuum circuit breaker operating part 74 moves the operation rod 136 in the direction protruded from and recessed into the casing 66, whereby the opening and closing operation of the vacuum valve 64 is carried out. |
