PURPOSE:To reproduce pictures with a high density in a simple constitution to improve the picture quality by using input picture element data as the address of a TOM to obtain output picture element data. CONSTITUTION:Data obtained by line-scanning of pictures is inputted serially line by line, and two bits of the first line, 1680 bits of the second line and 1679 bits of the third line are connected serially by shift register SRA and are outputted as three-bit input picture element data. A ROM functions as a conversion table and uses input picture element data as addresses to output storage contents to a printer, etc. |
