PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a leakage due to pin-hole parts of a semiconductor layer in a photoelectric conversion device such as a photovoltaic element. CONSTITUTION:Light is applied to a semiconductor layer 1; the surface of the semiconductor layer 1 is charged with electricity; charged particulate is stuck to the surface of the charged semiconductor layer 1; the stuck charged particulate is used as mask so that insulating films 15a, 15b, 15c are formed; and thereafter the stuck charged particulates are removed so that a rear electrode 16 is formed. |
