<p>PURPOSE:To provide the numerical arithmetic processor card, which can operate a numerical arithmetic processor at a high frequency while stabilizing a temperature and a power supply voltage, concerning the numerical arithmetic processor which can be extended at a computer unit. CONSTITUTION:A numerical arithmetic processor 1 is integrated into the shape of a card together with a power source bypass capacitor. A clock signal line on the substrate of the card is arranged so as to be shortest and noise is suppressed so as to enable operations at the high frequency. A power source pin 5 and a ground pin 6 are alternately arranged on one line of connector pins arranged in two lines, the fluctuation of a ripple voltage is reduced, and the stable power supply voltage can be supplied. Further, a metal board 3 is provided with a window part for suppressing the increase of the temperature. Thus, the extended numerical arithmetic processor can be operated at high speed under stable environments.</p> |
