<p>PURPOSE:To provide a heat-generating resistor element which can be mounted simply and a heat-type air flowmeter which can measure the flow rate of a flow including a backward flow with good accuracy by a method where the heat-generating resistor element is connected to an electric circuit at the shortest distance and the difference in heat conduction between heatgenerating resistors arranged on the upstream side and the downstream side is taken out largely. CONSTITUTION:A heat-generating resistor element 8 is constituted of a substrate 5, of one pair of heat-generating resistors 6a, 6b on the surface and the back, of three electrode terminals 14, 15, and 16 collected at the periphery of one end, and of passage parts 18 which passes through the substrate 5. Then, the heat-generating resistor element is arranged so as to be tilted with reference to the flow of the air.</p> |
