PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a crack in the fixing section of a lead for supplying a piezoelectric element with a high-frequency voltage driving signal and the slipping-off of the lead while inhibiting the peeling of the piezoelectric element. CONSTITUTION:A lead 6 is fixed onto a conductive sheet 8 by spot welding having a small welding area, the conductive sheet 8 is joined at a position having the small quantity of deflection and separate from the outer circumference of a stator 1 in the surface of a piezoelectric element 4a through conductor paste 7, the whole of the lead 6, the sheet 8 and the paste 7 is molded with a resin 9, and certain fluidization is allowed in the conductor paste 7 even when the piezoelectric element 4a is deflected, thus absorbing the distortion of deflection and deformation in the conductive sheet 8. Accordingly, distortion generated at the fixed section of the lead 6 fastened through spot welding is reduced as much as possible while inhibiting the peeling of piezoelectric elements 4a, 4b by the molding of the resin 6. |
